Providing fair work and training for women in Nepal since 2013

Aroma Beads team in 2023.

Aroma Beads currently employes 26 local Nepalese women and 3 men.

Our team

We employ disadvantaged women and men throughout the Kathmandu Valley. Our employees come from varied backgrounds, but all share the same goal - to provide a better life for themselves and their families.

We believe in creating an ethical manufacturing process, using local materials, and paying fair wages. We always provide our employees with paid training when they join us or are learning a new skill. We also try to prioritize the work for those who need it the most and offer our employees the option to also work from their homes.

For Nepalese women, the independence brought by a job and earning wages is often not only a life-changing experience but also a way to get out of generations of poverty.

By purchasing products from Aroma Beads, you are helping to support the continuation and development of this vital work we do within our community.
